As I read your post, I was going to ask the same thing about whether anybody has had contact w/ the co. I'm really curious to know what the deal is w/ not filing w/ the SEC? When is the final deadline before the stock is halted? The thing that I don't understand (it seems rather lame) is the business regarding needing their contracts and loan documents translated from Chinese to English. All of the larger accounting firms in the U.S. have bilingual staff or at least are affiliated w/ other firms that do. With all the int'l trade going on, there is a large demand for auditors who read and speak fluently languages beyond English. Seems like it should be a non-issue if they were to higher the right firm. Now that the share price has declined, I know that I wouldn't see too much of a loss beyond this point, but still one wonders what the heck is going on.
