I'm a lurker here. I was attracted to this company because of its similiarities to FTEL (Franklin Telecom). For those of you who don't know FTEL, it moved from .03 a share about five years ago.. to a high last year of $10 a share. It did this through a 10-to-1 reverse split followed by management's dedication to meet the criteria required for a NASDAQ listing. I guess what I'm saying is that it can be done, but it will take time. If you like DGIV, buy it and wait. Kath
