Sparky - Let's put it in perspective. We have a company that's under-followed (only two analysts currently, it appears), with a management that is short on communications skills, and a finance department that may be more reactive than we would like for a major international company. We have the uncertainties arising from the DBCO deal, and the huge amount of management time negotiating with the old guard at DBCO must have taken up. For these reasons, ECGOF missed estimates. It still remains a company that has demonstrated it knows how to grow its business, and is selling at (comparatively - I'm old enough to remember what we had in 1982) a very attractive multiple.

Given that it missed estimates, it's not too surprising that the street is punishing it. I'd still rather be in ECGOF than the YHOO's and the AMZN's over the long haul. (Tho I confess I wish I was smart enough to have bought YHOO and AMZN and the others just a few weeks ago.)
