Ya... me too. Well, tell your friends. Regarding the Legacy Hotels REIT... ... I've given up on it, but since I bought 1200 instalment receipt units on the IPO, I'm stuck with the $4.00 payment in November. Oh well... That's why I'm kind of keen on REIT's. Even if you make a mistake, you still get some distributions over the long-term and hopefully, the unit will appreciate in value over time. But picking the right ones which will capital-appreciate and distribute the cash... can be tricky!
