Jim, it is difficult marketing 2nd rate stock in todays weak oil environment. it is most likely that tcxxf showed the buyers some confidential information in order for them to bite. i am of the firm belief that the future for tracer lies ahead and we are going to be in for some surprises. Positive surprises. vargas
