Ray--I agree with the spooky part.
Most of the drop off was pretty light, fractions of a point. I know what I would do if I was a CEO with a load of options so big I needed a wheel barrow to lug them around. I would announce a split. The complaints of low liquidity are just what the spin doctor ordered. They are dangerous shorts IMHO. I don't think they will break down that easy.
BamaReb--Thanks for the info on ESOL. I haven't been following it that close. It still has not transformed into a quality company.
