John,

I believe I offered an opinion on permitting questions in Texas farther up the thread, but it may do well to repeat it here, so I don't mind.

I believe I have heard that Texas is extremely cooperative to the petroleum industry given the size of the state and the power of the oil lobby there.

However, I remember last May when I spoke with a representative from EVSI, that Texas has a fairly stringent waste oil policy. Texas apparently tacks on .08/gallon in tax on waste oil disposal that goes into a State pollution fund. EVSI had commented that a GRNO processor would have circumvented that tax as well as additional disposal fees paid to the waste oil collector.

And as those who have seen the machine in operation, they know that you literally can't see any emmissions coming from the exhaust stack. If it weren't for the light distortion caused by the heat you would think nothing was exiting up the stack.

But again, from GRNO's perspective those permits are the responsibility of the customer, although GRNO has assembled an extensive Air Permit package to assist in applying for the permit. GRNO will be able to book the sale upon completion of manufacturing.
Installation will involve an additional fee of $150,000 as per the business plan from last spring.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Ron
