Bill: If you look back a year or so, you will find that INCE (EDVC then) was almost sold out from under the shareholders to Patricia Johnston's husband, Jack, and she was to be the secretary on the board. They were going to use the assets to finance purchase of oil royalties. At the last minute, this was diverted, I believe because of the hue and cry sent up from the stockholders. Now they are back again, apparently. Lee
