Dear Andrew,
thanks alot - WOW - that was an analysis. You seem to reinforce my feeling - the more we shrink those design rules, the greater significance of the isotopic purity may turn out to be.

Since I'm no Lithographer nor employed in the semi eqip industry I don't have those expert credentials. However I will forward You all info on this subjects others may bring to the surface..
