Dear Rich:

Do you know what the original deal was? Was it stock for stock or stock + cash. I am an owner of DEC and thinking of selling it for a loss andbuying CPQ. Until the merger is final this does not qualify as a wash sale. It would seem for this reason alone this swap at the bottom would be worthwhile. I would first like to find out however what the original deal was.
