After careful consideration, RSCLF is about to be included in our model portfolio. Over the past three years most of the funds that we have invested for ourselves and others were involved in the CLEC related industry.

Recent gains within the industry seem to have excluded RSCLF. More than likely this trend will not continue. We look to enter the stock over the coming weeks and sense that RSCLF will perform as others have.
