RT, I don't think you get what vivus is trying to say:

What they are telling you is that they can't meet demand with enough supply.That frustrates doctors/patients and they say " the hell with it ".Thus demand can go down.Thus their need at this time to advertise.It is NOT a negative in absolute terms.
