Paul - MSFT dropping NT development for the MIPS platform is great news! I'm more worried about the Alpha chip, though. I've heard that its extremely fast. I wonder how it compares to the PPro when running NT? If a off-the-shelf software buyer can freely use the same software on either an Intel/NT system or an Alpha/NT system, then Alpha is suddenly in the running for the PC-buyer's buck! This would be a fundamental change from the current market dynamics. Do you have any idea how difficult this will be for MSFT to accomplish? Aaron
