Why do you expect a rally on this downgrade? Has this somewhat obscure brokerage been a contrary indicator of Bay's stock price in the past? The Nasdaq recovered virtually all its loss of Monday on Tuesday, but Bay only recovered 1/2 its loss. Most of the other networkers were weak as well. I still say no one is going to get out in front of this quarter's earnings given the backloading uncertainty. Paul
