The fact that I do not understand the acquisition strategy does not necessarily mean I am negative on the stock. Stocks, and the companies that issue them, are not the same in my book. I have read the SEC filings, that's why I asked the question. Like others, I am here for the Texaco story. I always trust the people who wear the star. (We can trust them; can't we ?) -wg
