I think as individual investors we tend to think that behemoth company's make decisions in all those meetings and then run out and execute them so they can review the results tomorrow.

(Because that is what we want them to do so our stock will go up).

Company's as big as CPQ move slowly, it will be weeks at best before we see a comprehensive plan implemented to boost lagging sales.

There is a big difference between talking about what to do and execution of the plan. CPQ will be back in the hunt and doing well within 100 days. Good things take time.
