Why is NetGen still filing at the SEC ? On www.sec.gov/archives/edgar/data there are recent filing for Network General Corporation (eg, four filings of SC 13G/A in Feb '98). I thought NetGen was dissolved to make way for Neta in January. Is NetGen a holding company now, or isn't it fully dissolved yet ? ps I'm actually trying to post a new message to this 'at it again ' thread, and not repond specifically to Joanna. But I don't see how to do "new thread in same group" exactly with the TechStocks interface. Ojing.
