Well...ORCA is a long story.

But brevity: ORCA is a spin off of PCTH's IT (information technology) division and letters of intent related to that division.

PCTH owns or will own part of ORCA in stock (my thinking says PCTH can cash out at $4 or $5, I forget which right now) and a note.

ORCA has an excellent medtech company that IMHO stands to make lots of $ on high margin business. Integrating ORCA, and getting the medtech contracts moving, will take a minimum of 18 months IMHO. So in two years I think ORCA could be over $5 per share. But as Grommit said, there's still risk.

All of this is from a variety of documents and discussions and networking.

So far as I know, RD isn't involved in ORCA. But the last time I did a thorough review and DD on ORCA was some six weeks ago.
