Does this mean that it's only a 'proposed' change at this point?
If so then I am really annoyed with how this whole press release was handled.

If you didn't have access to the Vancouver Sun article or didn't know what was going on with the CRTC and this issue, then one was left with the impression because of the incomplete and therefore misleading posting of a section(?? I guess) of the original article, that this law was a done deal, and that MFE was in serious trouble.

When the incomplete(??) info about the article was posted on this thread on Friday, I tried without any success all weekend to get more info from both MFE and the SUN. Based on that posting, on Monday morning I sold all my shares with a substantial loss.

Please, in the future if anyone posts news, PLEASE make it complete and not just the part that you may be upset about. The MFE thread has been on a rocky road with everyone guessing what MFE is doing.
So, clarity and completeness is what we need most.
