I agree, Darrell, that it seems as though MSFT has been..... .....If the landscape looks more saturated with MSFT, then DOJ will continue the chase. If less, then DOJ will move on to other things, but MSFT will have to fend off its foes in the marketplace. Will anything that DOJ can do now have an affect on MSFT in marketplace in the interim?
It seems to me, the only real threat is if they [the Department of Justice] bring a new suit regarding Win98, and call for an injunction WRT distribution, and this in someway slows MSFT from releasing Win98. .

....By the way, MSFT didn't get to 88, so I didn't get all the puts I wanted, but did get some near 85, and did unload them yesterday.
