It sure is nice that we all( or most of us) had to pay 399 for our radios, and now you can get much smaller radios( more conveinent ones) for 229 , Nxtl was also nice enough to cancel there trade in program. NXTL should also spend a little time on getting the service to operate in areas that have snow on a regular basis.
Come on already guys , I want to be a cheerleader for this company again, but with the complete CRAPPY service i have been getting in the last few months with no change in sight, i am starting to wonder how much i am saving and how much i am gaining , OR LOSING because of this service i thought i liked so very much.
Got my upgrade AGAIN after a nice little 70 mile round trip AGAIN to reno, they said it would solve my problems but hey guess what , it was a little a vacation i was taking ON ME for NXTL and it didnt change a damn thing. Phone drops calls after you connect and the radios sound like i am talking to someone that is about 500 feet underwater, its a real joy to pay my monthly bills at this point let me assure you. Oh yeah and that fabulous 3.57 credit i got for having NO SERVICE for two complete days was just the greatest, of course i didnt need the radios at all during one of the busiest times of the year for my company and as a consilation prize they gave me 3 kacky green hats that say NXTL on them , Oh sure i will be wearing those everywhere, maybe i should wear those to my customers houses that got no service during the down time, so i can explain to them why this happened.
All done , thanks for letting me share. I am pissed though
