max90, i believe Berkshire Hathaway has never split and essentially is a closed-end fund. the last quote that i can find for it is $60,000 per share. although Warren Buffet may not be the CEO of Merck, if its stock can do the same thing, i don't think i care if it ever splits again. just another perspective. : ) Will
