Shoe: Are you up late or in the Pacific somewhere? If TPI is at a 75% premium I would underweight it to the degree that I wouldn't go long at all. I calculate premiums on ADR's simply - I hope correctly - in my Excel spreadsheet which receives real-time market prices through PC Quote. The daily local price * the currency ratio * the ADR ratio. I usually get the ADR ratio from bankofny.com Peter
