<truth-telling> BS. How about at least some rumor - speculation - confirmation - denial. This thread has become remarkably quiet since the chapter 11 announcement.

I realize the attorneys are already drooling all over this and unless one is named Ken Starr (probably shouldn't say that should I?) we won't hear anything from them until the bills are paid. Nonetheless living in the outback as I do even I hear rumblings. And have serious concerns.

Fact: I was made aware of the news release several days before announcement. Not specifics - just that it would occur. The concern was a disclaimer. In case you didn't notice there was none. Thus buy this stock on great news and lose your ass unless you understand the Q. As Ivan said "stupid".

Fact: I'm not one to believe in conspiracy, but after Ed posted a list of customers I haven't been able to access the web page. Did they just run out of money or not want us to possibly see success?

Unsubstantiated rumor: concerning cash flow. Given any thought to whom is paying the bills if IMES is out of cash? Rumor is a pre-chapter 11 creditor. Consideration for this benevolent action? Agreement is still being worked out. Scarry!!!

Unsubstantiated rumor: there are several if not more large investor groups working to secure funding for future operations. If so are the small investors going to be left on the sidelines by their own?

Fact: there is at least one if not more groups pursuing the possibility of legal action. Is there one concerted group effort to anyone's knowledge?
