An incredible day for VoIP all around. Here is what I mean

FTEL 4 15/32 +10.85% Volume 108,500 (A god send)
NSPK 26 1/4 + 2.94% Volume 104,090
VOCLF 23 3/4 +2.15% Volume 367.900 (charles is smiling)

And of course this:

$35 million of IDTC stock was bought and sold today, maybe someone who took 1 million shares of the placement just made $10 million

And dont forget this one:

OZEMY 12 11/16 +28.4% Volume 364,000 One possible reasons for the
increase can be found at:

biz.yahoo.com

but the real reason is this ...

On Monday, Cisco Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: CSCO - news) announced their intent to team with OzEmail to facilitate the global deployment of Internet telephony gateways, roaming authentication and settlement services. The companies intend to jointly develop an interface between OzEmail Interline's (Interline) Control Node Gatekeeper and the Cisco IOS(TM) software, based on the H.323 multimedia standard.

Pay attention you FTEL junkies! H.323 that is the keyword!

So for that reason and that reason only I am going to upgrade OZEMY to an 8.

Now what to do about FTEL...I will refrain from making a comment on thread as some long time FTEL holders have asked me to. They want to let FTEL release the information. LOL

Let's have some fun now shall we! Yipppie!

This is the results from the January 15, 1998 recommendation of the VoIPInvestor home1.gte.net

GLC.V was recommended at $.11 now at $.67 +54% (CDN)*

FTEL was recommended at 6 1/2 now at 4 15/32 -28.50% :(

IDTC was recommended at 20 1/8 now at 34 19/32 +70.83%

FAX.TO was recommended at 17.00 now at 17.35 +2.06% (CDN)

NSPK was recommended at 25 1/8 now at 26 1/4 +3.96%

OZEMY was recommended at 6 1/2 now at 12 11/16 +95.19% (yummy)

VOCLF was recommended at 19 7/8 now at 23 3/4 +20.56%

So thats makes the VoIPInvestor Index +22.73%

Anyone for a drink I'm buying!

As for lagger in the group I am keeping FTEL at 9, (for now)
Hell, they couldn't possibly go any lower...(could they?)

Keep your eye on OZEMY they have got goliath in there corner.

GLC.V is inactive as they just completed the rollback and symbol change. A lot of people bought into the stock at around $3.00 canadian thats around 2.10 U.S (before Mr. Sterling had control) They only have 2.2 million shares on issue, with a float of about 1 million. Very tightly held. Once the funding has been completed these guys will move fast. And wouldn't you know it they are going to use FTEL hardware. So you can have your cake and eat it too.

I expect VOCLF to continue a slow but acceptable increase. These guys are animals. We can be sure that Charles c.s. will be a happy camper.

But actually FTEL is looking better each day. At the current price it is a bargain. I would advise every one to hold onto their FTEL, especially now, Remember FTEL has a float of about 12 million shares, a panic sell could easily result in a quiet buy for an individual or corporation, at a value price.

Anyhow, keep the faith.

p.s.
Does anyone know off-hand how much of FNET is controlled by FTEL.
