I have reviewed the long-awaited proxy statement which TransNet
(OTC BB:TRNT) filed yesterday with the SEC detailing the sale of the
company to GE Capital. The resulting Analysis of this transaction
has now been posted on the Napeague Letter web site at napeague.com under "Breaking News".
