Me desperate, you're day dreaming. I don't care if this stock goes down to 15. Let me ask you a few questions about your superior Oil Change product:

- supposedly, I just install a Zip drive into my PC, but I couldn't access the ZIP drive, perhaps because there is something wrong with my parallel port. Can Oil Change download a patch for me, so that my Zip drive becomes accessible?

- supposedly, I am using Microsoft Word, and I couldn't get it to format my text the way I want it. My friend did it before on my machine and it worked, so I know my software is OK. But because I am stupid, I don't know how to use Microsoft Word. Can I invoke Oil Change and have it download a patch for me?

If your answer is YES to both questions above, Oil Change is as good as SystemWizard because I can get answers to my PC problems through the knowledge database on the Internet and not through a person.

Btw, I have quite a lot of software on my PC at home. But the only sofwares that I download new versions are Netscape browser, and Turbo Tax. Another time, I download new driver for my HP printer. That's about all. I never download any patch from Internet or from anywhere else for my other softwares. But I do call Microsoft technical support several times to ask about how to use their software eventhough their software does not have any bug. So I hope that Oil Change is not Yet Another Internet Gimmick (YAIG).

Mike.
