In my field, going beyond the top journals means getting very forgiving, often mediocre, refeerees who publish mostly everything they get. Pancho ENML has not gone national. You ain't seen spending till you see what it takes to introduce [successfully] a national product in this market. BTW I used to be a Product Manager in this business a while ago. BTW no position in the stock [yet].
