So, the paid hype artists took the stock up 15 cents or so , unloaded their stock to the suckers who actually may believe a shred of their crap, and now the stock will probably put in new lows. Nobody cares about the news because its not money in the bank. The only money in the bank is the sale of shares at a price greater than 0.
