Thanks for the reprint. Along with the Radiation article in the Seattle Times on the same page was another article titled "Food Contamination is on the Rise" by Laurie Garret of Newsday. Also was another section called Techniques in Food Safety Technology from Knight Ridder Newspaper. This had some drawings illustrating Steam Pasteurization, Irradiation and Ozon. Quite frankly, I thought from looking at this, that OZON was the clear choice. Can anyone scan this for us and present it on this thread? It's quite informative. Kap
