Teddy, There may be some lag time between short term movements of oil prices and a somewhat longer term of drilling contracts. Nonetheless, without evidence of declining utilization and/or dayrates, I think the evidence supports continuing strength for drillers. Actually, the data may be even stronger, because of the rig upgrading projects going on. Baird
