If you read both boards, you will see that someone mentioned recently that most big halls have already been converted. I am not sure if this is true or not, but at the very least, it is probably likely that the ones remaining are smaller than average contracts, and some so small they may never go to electronics. Maybe this balances out with your conservatism.
