Ok so I thought about this last night before bedtime and here is 3 questions that needs to be answered.

1) Where are the news?

2) Why will the company except a lower stock price for a short time?

3) Who is buying the stock that everybody is selling?

I have put together some part of information that I have heard, but this must be considered speculation on my part.

Lets see

" So big investors comes to NAXOF and tells them that they want to invest in the company, NAXOF jumps up and down on the news and tells them to come to a private meeting at NAXOF. At this meeting the investors gets to see some of the lab results and knows that the news coming out will be good and the stock will jump when it finally comes out. The investors however wants more, they want to make a fast $ on the company and they agrees with the management that they can buy the stock in the open marker as the management holds unto the news release the price is everyday going down as the small investors jump ship the big guys loves the chance to get in cheap.

The management also see this as a way to make some money on the stock to improve there money situation. As long as they do not sell any of there shares the dip in price will not hurt them, or they sell at $4 and buy back at $2.

The management has told the big investors that they will let the price on the stock go down to x$ before the news release will be made. This gives the big guys a bottom and all us small investors will think this thing is going to 0."

As the news finally comes out everybody will forget this little play and the company will at one time show that they now has more money and release that a couple of big investors is in the boat."

Maybe this sounds like a long shot, but think about it and do not sell to make the big guys more money.
