HH -- As I said in my previous post...the deeper the water, the less resistant to change of plans. Onshore, they can start and stop in a heartbeat...in 7000-ft of water, ain't nothing changing...for everything in between, just look at the water depth for the clue. Big Dog says oil is heading back north...maybe not today or tmw, but soon.
