As a casual observer, and very small stock holder, I thought I could shed some light on the IPS/Jack Banks issue... I purchased a Le Print Express Franchise in October '96, a company owned by Jack Banks, and included in our package of equipment was an IPS950, a Banks company. While in Toronto for training I met Jack, and got to see his Gaming Lottery Business, his Print Three Franchises, Le Print Express Company, as well as the IPS business, all run at that time from the same office. Although I don't believe he was CEO of any of those companies, he was there, and his wife actually sat in on the 2 week training for the franchise purchase. There was a disclosure in the franchise offering circular concerning litigation against Gaming Lottery Corporation, and I was told that for liability reasons, he was no longer CEO of any of those companies. I guess what I am trying to say is that at that time he was still involved, and I have no reason to believe that at this time his involvement is any different.
