Bill: Jack is her geologist husband, who seems prone to remain in the background. On March 29, 1996 Corregidor LLC company acquired managerial control over EDVC, contributing oil and gas properties valued at $300,000 in exchange for 3 mil common restricted shares. She was 'appointed' sole director and elected president of the company, etc. etc. This move by the Johnstons was thwarted, I believe by shareholders. At that time, Gordon Sales was involved (President and CEO before this occured). The deal was reversed on May 16, 1996. The letter from Patricia stated that after much negotiation with management of Intercell, and after many conversations with Energy shareholders and brokers, "Corregidor LLC does not have a felicitous or suitable future with Energy Corporation." (emphasis on the word felicitous!) They returned the controlling 3 million shares to Energy in return for the oil and gas interests. Gordon Sales was placed back in charge. My feeling was that they got caught with their hand in the cookie jar, but this is just my opinion. I would caution people on this new development. There is more involved here than meet the eye. Lee
