FORM 144 HISTORY - FILINGS TO SELL FILER REL FILED SHARES

I wouldn't read much into this. Shares are at an all time high, so it is natural for officers to cash in some of their options. Percentage-wise they have filled to sell less than 10% (on the average) of their holdings.

Personally, I would do the same after a 100% runup even if I was sure the company would go up another 100% during the next twelve months.

An extreme case is RATL, where officers sold their entire position right around when it hit $30. The stock went all the way up to $40, just to collapse back to $12, where it trades today.

The fact that OTEXF officers only sold 10% after a 100% runup is IMHO a vote of confidence on the stock.
