Lisa, That has been one of my pet peeves for years. Yet no one in California ever complains about the cost of Evian (which is NAIVE spelt backwards). But let gas go up a nickel and they think it is a consipiracy among big bad oil companies.

You folks on this board are well aware of the incredible capital risks associated with exploring for and producing oil/gas. Yet consumers in general have no idea and think it's some sort of faucet you turn on...much like water...duh.

Gasoline is at its lowest, real dollar, price EVER!!!

Here is another tid bit of pricing disparity:

It costs about $50/day to rent a $35,000 Lincoln from Budget.
It costs about $60/day to rent a $300 tuxedo from Al's Formal Wear.

Who is making the most money?
