Hi Barbara,

I am sorry that you respect Grubman and all those other "sell-side" analysts. These analysts are under tremendous pressure to bring in new investment banking business to their firms. They will be fired if they "rock the boat" and piss off potential clients such as WinStar.

Jim Cramer, on the other hand, is a "buy-side" hedge fund manager whose only interest is in buying winning stocks. He has no ulterior motives. If Jim Cramer says "no thanks" to WinStar, I believe him.
