NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--C-Cube Microsystems Inc.'s (CUBE) Divicom Inc. unit opened a Hong Kong office. In a press release Wednesday, C-Cube said the Asian headquarters will be managed by Richard Chau, who is managing director, Asia Pacific. Chau was general manager of the Guangzhou representative office for Sprint Corp.'s (FON) Global One. Additional information was not immediately available.
