Jim,

Upside News included this interesting take on recent rumors. Ignore the snide tone and read between the lines"

"Apple's Thinking Different, All Right
Interim (yeah, right) CEO Steve Jobs believes Apple's next insanely
great idea is ... portable and TV settop boxes. Apparently the
company's two good quarters (my boldface) have gone to his head. The
entertainment "Columbus" device will offer Internet access (think
WebTV, only without the proprietary server software) along with
music CDs and DVD movies. But really, this is a totally different beast
from Apple's failed Pippin venture (sold as an orphan to Bandai).
While an easy-to-use, low-cost computing and entertainment device
sounds good, Apple's hardly the first with this brainwave: Other
companies, including Microsoft and Sony, are developing similar
Internet appliances.--IB"

Is a great Q2 a done deal?
Is this the market sentiment?
I hope the analysts don't keep raising the bar like last quarter, so we fail again.
