Well the stock has accellerated its' downward movement, now at 28c Canadian. Doug sell the company, so we investors can salvage some of our investment before the company goes belly up and all is lost. At least release a statement of business conditions, or comment on a potential sale, just don't BS us, you tried, we hoped, it didn't work. Maybe a larger company with some financial backing can co-package NetMagnet and the product will move and gain popularity. Lessons to be learned from this exercise: 1. Price new products below the competition and at a price point that consumers will buy and use the product. 2. Advertise in computer mags and on high volume websites. 3. Have enough capital to weather the transitition periods between product releases. 4. Offer rebate coupon to entice consumers to buy the product. 5. Maintain a steady information flow to the market/investors in the form of regular press releases, cite sales, upgrades, deals, product improvements, future products, etc. 6. Be willing to change/modify the company/product direction according to market requirements/preferences.
