Rick, The IL for PSQL is approx. 20 today. The ACT is down at 15 1/4 and rising slower than the IL. That gives the price plenty of time to fall appreciably once the reaction to IL violation begins. It's lower than today's open now so this is very likely the beginning of the reaction here. Doug R
