Off topic Al: ---->can you still find a decent home in E. Texas thats reasonable or have the home prices skyrocketed like they have here in Dallas? I have several relatives living in and around Big D, so I know what you mean. My sister's house for example will bring more money than mine on the market today. She lives in Addison and hers would fit in a wing of mine ...... Current new construction here is in the $35-$50 buck range per ft, including lot. Regards---Nemer
