You're nervous? What about me? I just bought some more. Wonder why the stock is a bit weaker today. Is this a positive sign?

About the NASDAQ requirements. ACMIC has as far as I remember never shared with us the full set of requirements placed on them by NASDAQ.

I too wonder about the high net tangible assets requirement. But consider that ACMIC must have appeared to NASDAQ as being quite a mess: no equity, no earnings, no stock price and new management. The plan to redefine the debt into equity might, if conveyed in advance to NASDAQ, have impressed them as being an attempt to thwart their intentions so they might just have added this debt to what might otherwise have been their equity requirement. By only converting part of this debt, ACMIC might have actually raised the bar for themselves. Just a hunch....I have no real reason to believe this.

This company almost seems to have a phobia about taking the steps they need to take to survive. I hope they get over this before I lose more money in this "too good to be true" situation. I have never been known for my patience so it may be getting me into trouble again. At least I will be averaging down as my position increases.

This is truly the time to say "good luck to us all".
