Tonto, There was a taped conference call with the analysts a while ago that discussed the issues leading to the changes. A lot of the expenses were up-front charges related to CTSS and other acquisition and legal activities. Sales and gross margins were still fairly solid in terms of levels and growth. The operating expenses shot up and that appears to be mostly due to these charges. I'm hoping the Company can get its operating expenses back to normal levels in subsequent quarters and then we'll see where fundamental earnings really are once the Company has fully absorbed CTSS and Cheetah.
