I was finance major, I know that the books say about risk. In the classroom, all that is fine and well.

Elements of risk in any stock.
1) Company fundamental performance.
2) Public opinion of that performance.
3) Flood and natural disasters.
4) The insurance kick back for said disasters.
5) Public interpretation of said disasters and the recovery plan.
6) Analyst downgrades.
7) Fido selling for what knows what reason.
8) Public finding out Fido is selling and selling to because Fido must have a good reason that no one knows about.
9) Fido buys the stock squeezing the shorts before you can add to your position.
10) I think you get the point.

As a matter of fact, I would say that in the Stock market, very few investors could tell you what the STD of the Expected cash flow is.
Now is that free cash flow, Cash flow before EBIDA.
Do charges taken for in process R&D affect this cash flow?
