James I agree with you on the DVD point. I do not think that many
parents are struggling with all the modern day expenses of children
and since they already have a good VCR and tapes, why buy DVD titles?
I would think this might happen if the VCR breaks down, but for many
it is so much cheaper just to buy another VCR player than to replace
one's VCR tapes with DVD titles.

One indication to me that Disney's upcoming quarter is going to be
weak is its price moevement lately. The DJIA has been moving up,
but DIS has been lingering around 105. If the DOW drops, I think
DIS will drop at a slightly faster pace.
