To all, My firm received a 6 page fax from NASDAQ this morning concerning Bulletin Board foreign stocks. Five pages were stocks that will be removed from the bulletin board on April 1 because they are unregistered with the SEC. One page contained stocks that are registered with the SEC and will remain on the BB as of that date. NAXOF is included among the stocks that are registered. Perhaps this helps to explain some of today's price action. Art
