Sorry if there was a miscommunication. If you check out Northeast Utilities (NU) you will find that the dividend is at 9.8%. So, without any stock movement you will still acheive an almost 10% return with no work and virtually no risk (utilities don't go out of business). Not a bad place to put part of your investment.
